If you find yourself here, that means you are in the business of finding someone to connect with that’s understanding, been in your shoes and can offer you guidance on how to grow your counseling business.  Well, look no further, I have been in your shoes.  I am Shamika Battle, LPC, CPCS and have been in this field for the last 20 years where I've worked and networked with many people. 

 I am a creative, and free thinker. This means I can think outside of the box and offer practical, yet extraordinary ideas and interventions.  I've worked under many small business owners and learned from some of the best in this industry.  I’ve had the ability to participate in strategy meetings and be a part of growing companies and schools.  

 I know personally that when you explore the counseling world on your own, it can be isolating and overwhelming. Trust me, I’ve been there.  But I have also been able to partner with other professionals that held my hand and answered simple questions for me.  This is the best part, and fortunately, this is the part that I love.
